
Double Africa U20 silver medallist, Sandrafelis Chebet and former All-African Games 5000m champion Robert Kiprop Koech will lead Team Kenya at the fourth coming Africa Cross Country Championships scheduled for February 25, 2024 in Tunis, Tunisia.
Chebet who is also the World U18 2000m steeplechase silver medallist, will partner with Grace Loibach Nawowuna and Birell 10km silver medallist, Cintia Chepngeno.
The 2010 Youth Olympic Games champion Virginia Nyambura, Africa U20 3000m silver medallist, Caren Chebet and Gladys Kwamboka Monga’re will also be part of the team.
In the senior men category, Koech will tag along Naibei Kiplimo Mayebei, Vincent Langat and Fredrick Domongole.
Reigning Den Haag Halve Marathon champion, Brian Kiptoo Bushendich and Vincent Kimaiyo will be leading the Kenyan onslaught as they seek to retain the countries team title.
