European Indoor 1500m bronze medallist, Azeddine Habz beat the former World U20 1500m champion Vincent Keter at the 30th edition of the Meeting Hauts-de-France Pas-de-Calais held on Saturday (10) in Lievin, France.
The 30 year-old who is also the Mediterranean Games 1500m champion and was not among the race favorite, surprised many when he thrashed a strong elite field that included World bronze medallist Narve Gilje Nordas of Norway and the 2017 European Indoor 3000m champion, Adel Mechaal from Spain.
