Naomi Korir took the top honors in the women 2km Loop Race at the third leg of Athletics Kenya Iten Cross Country Championships, on Saturday (2) at the Iten Sports Grounds in Elgeyo Marakwet County.

Korir was followed in second place by Nelvin Jepkemboi in 6:47.8 with Cynthia Chesebe sealing the podium in 6:54.8.

Mercy Kipyego and Naomi Chelegat came home in fourth and fifth place in respective time of 6:57.6 and 6:57.8
