Olympic 800m champion, Keely Hodgkinson net worth has been revealed after a splendid year that included winning the coveted title in Paris.
The 22 year-old who narrowly missed out on the top spot at the Tokyo Games four years ago, settling for silver medal is reported to have a net worth of approximately Kshs 41,251,425 (£250,000), but this is expected to rise significantly. Sports finance expert Dr Rob Wilson has predicted that she could be earning around £1million annually up until the 2028 Olympics.

Her Olympic gold medal win alone brought in at least Kshs 6,435,222 (£39,000). Should she clinch the SPOTY award, her profile and wealth are likely to soar even further.
In an August interview with Saxo, Wilson said: “Keely is already becoming one of the most recognisable faces for UK athletics. Now she has managed to grab the gold, she can expect a stellar relationship with brands, marketing agencies, and UK Athletics, becoming a poster athlete for endorsements and associated commercial activities.”
Hodgkinson has been a favourite for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year (SPOTY) award title for some time and will face a stiff competition that include England footballer Jude Bellingham, who won both the La Liga and the Champions on his debut with Real Madrid, Teenage darts sensation Luke Littler, Olympic triathlon gold medallist Alex Yee, England cricket stalwart Joe Root, and Paralympic cyclist Sarah Storey
