H&S and Strava Launch Sports Challenge: 400 Minutes of Exercise to Win the Most Coveted Race Bibs

October 2, 2026

H&S continues to accompany consumers in the various moments of their daily lives and, this time, shifts the focus to sport. Heat, sweat, or wearing helmets during exercise can affect the scalp and promote sensations such as itching and discomfort. For this reason, H&S teams up with Strava to launch “THE + FRESH CHALLENGE,” an initiative that links sport and scalp care and invites users to accumulate 400 minutes of physical activity over 4 weeks.

The challenge will be available from October 1 to 29, 2026 on Strava. To complete it, participants will need to accumulate 400 minutes of activity, whether running, walking, cycling, or strength training. Those who reach the goal will be eligible to enter a prize draw tied to sport and care, including race bibs for some of Spain’s major marathons, registrations for HYROX or La Indurain, and bundles of H&S products.

THE FRESH FEELING AS PART OF THE SPORTING EXPERIENCE

When we exercise, the rise in temperature and sweating are not only felt in the body. The scalp also sweats and can experience itching and discomfort, especially under hot and humid conditions.

It is precisely in this context that H&S Menthol Fresh completes the post-exercise experience. Its formula with menthol provides an immediate and lasting cooling sensation of up to -5°C on the scalp, helps quickly relieve itching, and fights dandruff, delivering a sense of comfort, cleanliness, and freshness.

Menthol interacts with the cutaneous nerves of the scalp to generate that refreshing sensation and rapidly reduce the perception of itch. In this way, H&S connects with one of those moments when you want to feel fresh and comfortable again after moving.

400 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE

Participating in THE + FRESH CHALLENGE will be straightforward. Participants can access the H&S x Strava Challenge through the app and also via the QR code available in the promotional materials, and, between October 1 and 29, they can accumulate 400 minutes of exercise in 4 weeks.

Upon reaching 400 minutes, participants can sign up to enter the draw for various sports experiences and H&S products.

Among the prizes are:

In addition to the Strava Challenge, H&S will run a promotion tied to product purchases: from September 15 to December 31, 2026, participants who buy an H&S product included in the promotion can register their purchase receipt to enter the draw for the same sports experiences and H&S products.
