The early call for general elections announced this morning by the Prime Minister has been a “torpedo” to the calendar of popular races. One of the events most affected, which had been prepared with great care for November 29 to celebrate its 40th edition.
The decision made by the organizing body, Córdoba Municipal Institute of Sports (Imdeco), has been to postpone the race to December 13 due to the impossibility of having on election day the security arrangements and other services necessary to hold the Half Marathon under normal conditions on the announced date.
