CFAO Motors Kenya unveiled the fastest man in Africa over the 100m distance, Ferdinand Omanyala as its Brand Ambassador on Thursday (13) during the cheque handover ceremony for the World Rally Championships (WRC).
Speaking during the handover of 30 million sponsorship for next month’s WRC Safari Rally in Naivasha, the Company’s Managing Director Arvinder Reel said Omanyala is a great athlete who has inspired many after winning the African title and Commonwealth Games 100m. His local and global achievements will be instrumental in showcasing Kenya’s talent and support for young people to fully harness their potential.
As part of its role as a responsible corporate citizen, CFAO Motors Kenya in collaboration with the Toyota Gazoo Racing Team will be launching a nationwide road safety campaign for school-going children. The exercise will involve the distribution of 10,000 glowing wristbands to primary schools to create awareness of road safety in communities.
