Ediwn Kiplagat Bett ran away with the top honors at the second Athletics Kenya Kapsokwany Cross Country Weekend Meeting, on Saturday (26) at the Kapsokwany Boys Secondary School in Bungoma County.
The 24 year-old who is a two times world Cross Country championships top eight finisher, won the race in a time of 30:20.12 and was followed by Simon Maywa in 30:37.86 with Naibei Kiplimo wrapping up the podium in 30:43.41.

Emmanuel Kiprono Bett and Vincent Kiptoo finished in fourth and fifth place in a time of 30:49.43 and 31:00.81 respectively.
