Brimin Misoi Kipkorir suspended for doping by AIU

The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has suspended the two-time Frankfurt Marathon champion, Brimin Misoi Kipkorir from Kenya for the Presence/Use of Prohibited Substances (EPO, Furosemide), which is a violation of the World Anti-doping Agency.

 The 35 year-old won the Frankfurt Marathon in 2022 and 2023, Sydney Marathon 2024 and the Taipei Marathon, where he was nabbed.

Kipkorir won the Sydney Marathon in 2024 in a course-record time of 2:06.18
