The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) has provisionally suspended Wilfried Happio from France for Whereabouts Failures, which is a violation of the World Anti-doping Agency.

The 26 year-old who is the 2022 European 400m hurdles silver medallist, was in 2020 accused of assaulting triple jump athlete Janet Scott. He was also accused of a complaint for acts of sexual assault dating back to 2021 which were allegedly committed against another athlete resident at INSEP and was eventually taken into custody.
