Seville Half Marathon Registrations Reopen for New Date: December 13

October 28, 2026

General elections have complicated the debut of the Sevilla Half Marathon, which will now be held on its new permanent date at the end of November. The 21 kilometers through the Andalusian capital this year will have two editions. The first was held on the last Sunday of January and the second was scheduled for Sunday, November 29. The announcement by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, of the electoral advance prompted the City Council of Seville to announce a date change for the Half Marathon.

The organizers announced that finally it will be December 13 when the half marathon runners return to the streets of the Andalusian capital. Given this exceptional date change, if the new date does not allow you to participate, they have enabled the possibility to transfer the bib to one of the next three editions of the Seville Half Marathon, being able to choose among the editions planned for November 2027, November 2028 or November 2029. The request can be made until November 1, 2026.

As spots have opened up from runners who have dropped out, the organization has reopened registrations (they had been sold out for months with a large waiting list). The registration price is 50 euros and you can sign up here.
