Want to make the most of your carbon-plated sneakers before 2026 ends? One of the best opportunities left is the Villa de Aranjuez 10K Race, one of the most beautiful, fastest, and longest-standing 10-kilometer races held in Spain. On December 20, the 42nd edition of this Madrid event will take place, a race with a special charm for both runners and spectators. It unfolds in an unparalleled setting: the route winds through landscapes designated as Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The race, which spends a good portion through the Prince’s Garden of the Palace of Aranjuez, will start at 12 noon (there are children’s races from 10 a.m.).
Registrations, which cost 19 euros, are already open on the official website. There is a maximum limit of 4,500 participants.
