Every December 31, thousands of runners gather in Barcelona to bid farewell to the year with their running shoes on. The race began in 1999 as the San Silvestre Barcelonesa, with 1,700 runners in its first edition, later becoming the Cursa del Nassos starting in 2025.
In 2026 it will celebrate a new edition over the classic distance of 10 kilometers. The start is scheduled at 17:15 hours on Selva de Mar Street, near Plaza Ramon Calsina. The course will run along some of the major coastal arteries of the Barcelona coastline and the Sant Martí district. For 2026, the organization has planned a limit of 16,500 participants. If you want to be one of them, do not wait for Christmas, as registrations are at record pace. The entry fee is 18.50 euros with a yellow chip.
